I was here today, on a Sunday around lunch with my in-laws. Not only has the food really gone down hill but we had the absolute rudest server, who was an older lady. I ordered broiled crabcakes and they came out fried. I questioned her and she got snippy. Then when we received our bill, sure enough, it said ‘fried crab cakes ‘. I asked her about it again and she raised her voice at me and said, ‘that’s just the way I put it in the computer for the kitchen’. So, I asked for broiled and you put it in as fried. I understand that sometimes the quality of food is not always ‘spot on’ at places but there is absolutely no need for a rude and voice raising server. I hope you liked your tip! It’s a never again from me.
