Best Restaurants Open for Christmas Dinner this year in Schaumburg – 2024

"Benihana is one of the few hibachi places that offers decent vegetarian options, which is a big plus. I've been here a couple of times, and the food is generally good. I recommend trying their hot sauce and asking for the Yum Yum sauce, which they just introduced, even though it's not on the menu. Kany, the chef, has prepared my meal a few times, and he does a great job with the presentation and cooking. However, I feel like the overall experience could be better—it's good, but not amazing. Solid 3 stars."

Worst Benihana experience in my 10 years of visiting Benihanas. Reservations at 7, seated at 7:35. Drinks arrive at 8. Waitress never cleared dishes or menus so we placed them on the floor. They jammed 9 people at the table. Orders were forgotten. My daughter’s teriyaki steak was served while we were eating ice cream. I was done with my meal when cook remembered mushrooms, which he then cooked and served as a desert. Complete mess. Hostesses were rude and unhelpful, and why do they need 6 people up there? Shockingly bad restaurant obviously run by terrible manager. Hope this location gets torn down. This Benihana was first and last time manager should be fired short man angry man my husband is blind he was making fun of my husband this place needs to be shutdown

This Benihana has been such an important place for my family. It’s where we’ve gathered to celebrate birthdays, college admissions and graduations, engagements, pregnancy announcements, and sometimes just Tuesday nights. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you aren’t just taken care of, but that you feel like family. On our latest trip through IL to visit my family, we met again and took a picture with the fantastic manager, Didi. So grateful to know that we can always have a great meal when we’re together and gather here.

I've seen this place a few times but never tried it until recently. Loved it! It's definitely one of my new favorite places to dine.

A group of us celebrated our friend's birthday and enjoyed the chiliean sea bass, a pork chop, shrimp flatbread and the 8 oz surf and turf. Everything was delicious. Service was wonderful. Looking forward to coming back.

Very good menu, variety, and delicious fresh food. We tried the gnocchi and the flatt bread, and they were kind enough to split the plate. Salmon was cooked perfectly, and Mac and cheese was wonderful. The dessert was delicious. Totally recommend this place.

Best steak of my entire life. Our server Viggo was super kind and fun to talk with. I always knew Weber made the best BBQ grills and now I know they also have the best steak restaurant. Truly the best meal of my entire life. I loved it so much.

Hey Everyone, Once again I was able to come here! I was going to go another place down around the street but didn’t like the feel as I was walking toward it. Then I realized the area I was in and wanted to come here! This time as a lunch though. I had the smoked turkey club and it was very tasty and flavorful! My sides were their coleslaw which was extra with their crunchy kettle chips included that is seasoned nicely. The service there was very good! I met Joshua who was our excellent server to make sure he provided everything we needed! I decided to take pictures of the menus for you since I noticed they didn’t have them. This is a great place to take your loved ones too to enjoy their wonderful cuisines and grilled meats. The atmosphere is elegant with an old fashioned feel. The hostess was nice too. No complaints which is why I had to give it a review. So, after you walk the mall or go to IKEA near by too bring your empty stomach over and enjoy your fill!

Had such a nice mother's day brunch! Gifting every mom a single flower was v sweet. Great friendly service, solid food and overall a lovely experience for the first time here. Looking forward to returning to try more of their dishes!

Didn’t impress us at all. The restaurant wasn’t busy yet it took our server good 10 minutes just to say hello to us. Risotto was undercooked, the taste wasn’t bad. Fish had bones in it and was far away from fresh. We ended up mixing few sauces together and adding a bunch of salt just for it to taste somewhat normal. Brussels were pretty decent, but too little in the portion. The crispy new potatoes they have- are not crispy at all, come with weird green sauce that kind of kills the taste. The vibe was total opposite- beautiful design, very clean, and welcoming. Thank you for the overall experience.

First time at a Bonefish Grill. The food was pretty good, except for my broccoli, which was undercooked. What I was really blown away by was our server Cory W. In an age where the servers generally are ok at beat, he was phenomenal. I mean, our service was tremendous and he was super friendly. It was nice having a server who made us feel like we were being served, not an inconvenience to them.

Our server, Joanne, was so patient and friendly we wanted to have her join us for dinner! The appetizers and entrees were hot and delicious and came out very quickly. We also enjoyed the table touch from the tall, handsome man in blue who was very personable. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bonefish Grill Schaumburg!

Best time to come is during happy hours, beer is $3, mixed drinks $5. Appetizers are half off, what’s not to like? The appetizers are good enough and plenty to go around. We sat in the outdoor section during warm weather, feels really good.

We had been here during the happy hour as our kids love coconut shrimp. My husband was here initially for his office party and insisted that we do need to take our kids. However he felt that during our visit with kids the food was a bit salty compared to his previous visit. We did leave our feedback. Pls take care of it. Otherwise food, ambience and service definitely need a 5 star.

Food and service was excellent. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Drinks were really good. Not weak, you can taste alcohol and the flavors. Place was clean and parking was plentiful. Prices were reasonable as well.

Goat cheese and tomato basil appetizer was incredible, wine choices are abundant, steak was flavorful and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Crab cakes could have been a bit more structurally sound, but they still tasted good. Their onion bread is also really good as well. Our waiter was timely and attentive.

The food was so darn flavorful and cooked to perfection... Where we were seated was very clean and roomy... There was plenty of parking... The wait staff that we came in contact with were great... The cost was expected in similar restaurants... I'll be back...

We had Such a great dinner and great cocktails, sitting at the high top tables in the bar area. Edgar was a great server. We really enjoyed the scallops wrapped and bacon appetizer and. Crusted haddock . Bartenders make excellent old-fashioned and the black Manhattan was my favorite. Cathy and Chris at the hostess desk were also so warm and friendly and welcoming. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back

I purchased a TV from this business, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. Ray, the owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. They were super helpful, patiently answering all my questions. What also stood out was the commitment to customer satisfaction— making sure to show me that the TV was in perfect working condition before I left the store. It’s rare to find such personalized and attentive service these days, and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal on electronics with a side of outstanding customer service! Incredible prices service from this father and son duo! They offered a deal so good on a monitor I **DREAMT** of owning that I had to clock out of work and drive from out of town to snap it up ASAP. And the best part? Outside of their friendliness they did something I've NEVER seen an electronics store do; take the item out of its sealed box, plug it in and show that it's in fine working condition and still offer a 30 day retirn policy (on top of manufacturer's.) Great selection. Great prices. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and prices are hard to beat. Ray was dedicated to helping me find a TV that was best for our space. Plan on buying more from them in the future and highly reccomend them over best buy/Amazon for a new TV

I’ve been to Capital Grille in other cities but this is my favorite location to date. We went for our anniversary last night and had a fabulous experience. Our steaks were perfectly prepared along with our calamari and soups. The anniversary desert at the end made it that much better. What we really loved was the staff from the hostess down to our server Veronica. We never felt rushed and she was very personable from start to finish. Also thank you to the manager, Sarah, for stopping by to chat with us a couple times. Again thank you for a wonderful night and see you all next time!

We had a large party, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! Our server, Frank, was absolutely fantastic attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Despite the size of our party, he made sure everything ran smoothly and that all our needs were met with a smile. The whole staff worked seamlessly together to make sure our event was a success. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was top-notch. Thank you, Frank, and the entire team, for making our gathering so memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My hubby And I went to this restaurant last night to celebrate my new job. It was our first time going to a Capital Grille restaurant. Rita J, our waitress, but I wouldn't even call her a waitress so much as the host of the whole restaurant because it felt like she only took care of us. That's what you would look for when being served at a high class establishment. The food was amazing The atmosphere was amazing The drinks were awesome. For the two of us it was less than $300 which was a shared lobster mac and cheese three cocktails and our main steak entrees. They served us complimentary champagne and took a photo of our event on a digital camera and printed it and gave it to us after the meal and gave us a warm towel for our hands after the meal. 15/10 experience!! If you are going for a special celebration just let them know in advance and they will take care of all the rest!! Love you Rita!!

I got the fried chicken and my wife got the chicken and egg and ham meal. I heard the portions were small but this is ridiculous. I paid 14.99 for a crispy chicken nugget when the dish made it sound like a Filling meal. Is this a fried chicken for ants? I paid 17.99 for the eggs but something felt off about it. Why are the portions so small?!? The chicken was tasty but I don't think there was much seasoning.

We had a great experience when we visited. The atmosphere is really cool, being at an airport and all the plane memorabilia is great. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good with a couple of the plates having giant portion sizes. I would definitely stop back to try some other things.

Stopped in for lunch and got the Cuban sandwich, a raspberry iced tea, and a Paloma cocktail. The sandwich was tasty, served with crispy fries. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning and trying other items on the menu.
