Visited for the Sunday Brunch buffet with a large group. The service was phenomenal. The staff were polite, quick, cheerful, and always made sure our drinks (non alcoholic or otherwise) were full the whole time we were there. Beautiful live music the whole time! There were plenty of food options from which to choose. Assembly bars for Poke or Ramen, lots of cuts of meat like roasted chicken, pork belly, steak, mahi, or keleguin. I was not impressed with the quality or flavor of the meats. The prawns weren’t good, according to my friends who tried them. Salads like seafood salad, pasta salad, and a slightly disappointing salad bar, with three small bowls of cantaloupe/pineapple/honeydew for the fruit selection. They were thoughtful for kids too with chicken nuggets, and even had pizza. Ube rolls, lots of bread and dipping oils, small selection of cubed cheeses, dipping sauces. In the next room was the dessert tables with croffles (croissant waffles) and delicious options for toppings. They had tasty ice cream, the strawberry was so fresh! Lots of little square petit four type desserts, most not very flavorful. Creme brulee wasn’t cooked all the way through. Overall opinion: Wasn’t worth the cost per person (paid roughly $70). A neat experience to taste many different things, but…not worth the cost. I’d have loved to see a much larger fresh fruit and vegetable spread, considering how rare that can be here, given the cost for the buffet.
