The perfectly toasted bread was piled high with savory sausage, crispy fries, and a generous blanket of creamy cheese sauce. Each bite was an explosion of flavor and texture, and the portion was incredibly generous. But what truly astonished me was the sheer variety of pastries crammed into this little diner. From towering pancake stacks and amazing stuffed waffles and French toast. They basically made me a stuffed Banana Foster French Toast even though it wasn’t on the menu.
